When authors love to let you kn research they've done by writing vapid details you don't care about in the book, you have to commit to it or not. Waiting through paragraphs of diving jargon and how they had to stop four times to make sure they got the pressure right - you can't suddenly find a box 200 ft below and just open it like there's no pressure.

Excellent we have the same world but completely different characters which is lots of fun! But for the love of goodness why is there 10 paragraphs describing the assassins? Like I get it - they're the assassins like all the other books - but do I need to know exactly how many hoops this guy has in his ears and lips? Not really
