Back in early 2025 something happened at work that caused me to commit to therapy. Out of that came, ultimately, diagnoses of ADHD (inattentive) and social anxiety disorder. Since then, I've done a lot of work with my doctor, my therapist, my director (at work), and my ADHD practitioner.But this is the first book that I've read that tackles the intersection of these two challenging disorders. Worth reading.
