Chip Zdarsky handles this new Cap re-started regular series. This was the time just a week after when Cap was thawed from the ice. He decided to rejoin the army under Gen Thunderbolt Ross. He consults with Reed Richards about Doom before he stealthily infiltrated Latveria alowith the current Captain America. Juxtaposed with the current story is a skinny boy who also joined the army, who is now the current Cap.
