cons: Gretchen stop being a bitter woman and let that man Charlie love you DOWN! (but this isn't really a con)

additional: Everett is hilariously hilarious.

pros: Everett is the sweetest lil' thing, who doesn't love The Golden Girls? but... lets get some more vulnerability from him and less from Gretchen, please!

i'm in love, i'm obsessed!

pros: the entire law and order monologue with Everett. Charlie's secretly soft heart, the way he's almost instantly attracted to Gretchen. oh, i can't handle it!!!!

pros: Gretchen and Charlie are going to fall in lurrvvveeeee soon, i can feel the tension. (and if they don't, i'm going to be really upset)

i saw this book being recommended by a billion people on reddit, so i finally picked it up.

pros: a good break from reading anything too smut-heavy, i need a good laugh, and i can tell this is absolutely going to make me laugh.
