Omg your mom/grandma didn't harp you about it as a kid? The cassava we eat has been prepared to make it safe tho, so you don't have to worry. ARSENIC IN RED RICE HOWEVER.

@Gabrielle i never ate it as a kid, and thank GOD neither do i eat red rice!! josh, however, is about to be very upset about two of his favourite foods...
