This is stupid but I never realized why they called it Yellow Fever before now. That was a really graphic and terrifying description of the symptoms.

Constantly amazed at what obvious bullshit the religious justifications slavers used. I keep waiting for an argument that isn't blatantly self-interested propoganda aimed at assuaging the enslavers guilt, and there hasn't been a single one yet. It's all just different versions of, "God conveniently agrees with my white supremacist perspective, condones my violence, and told you not to complain about my abuse."
