god I love this book so much

breaking my rule of reading a chapter per day. I dont have the energy right now to read the sex scene.

so good. I feel so seen. the best blake book so far. the pacing is exceptional, always keeps you on your toes, moves fast so there never feels like there is a lull in the world of the story.

maybe its the fact that I relate to iris’ character more than the other protags of blake’s, but she is the perfect protagonist for a novel like this. this book has an air of freshness missing from blake’s other works. so excited to be rereading this.
