I loved the first book in the series, nevernight. The writing is gorgeous, with strong world building, excellent characters and an interesting plot. The second book was quite good, but the female protagonist had lost quite a bit of her appeal for me. This, the final book, was as beautifully written as the first two, and it finishes the story well, but I straight up hated the FMC by the end.
