Lake is annoying the fuck out of me. I like brats and I like sassy MCs, but this feels too OTT for me. And I'm hating all the pop culture references and phrasing. I don't want to DNF because I like Nico, and I'm intrigued by his brothers, so I want to keep going with the series. But ugh I'm struggling because of Lake.
