<3 This is another book that focuses less on discipline and more on 'lagging skills' that may be causing these behaviors in the first place. Many examples show how the basic reward/punishment system that works for many kids needs to be expanded on for kids who need that extra help.
I'd recommend it for anyone struggling with younger kids. The basics can be applied to anyone, probably even the workplace. <.< >.>
