I just don't know that I can finish this book. I love Emily Griffin's books, but I just cannot get into this one. I'm having trouble connecting to this character. Maybe I'll eventually try finishing it, but I'd really rather shelve this one for now. I hope this is a one-off for this author as I've enjoyed all other books but this one.

The storyline, when it focuses on Shea's boyfriend, Ryan, is scheduled much more interesting than when it focuses on her creepy infatuation with Coach Carr. I really hope the story gets better. Not loving this book...

I keep putting king this book up, reading a little, and putting it down. Don't get me wrong, it's not completely uninteresting, but it's not as good as Emily Giffin's other books.
