Just going to be throwing this back into the TBR pile. I’m reading this several months after reading the first book, and it’s so aggravating having characters agonize over what someone said in the last two chapters of the previous book when there’s no reminder of what was said. I never thought those little dialogue recaps to remind readers were needed until now. Clearly these need to be read back to back.
