So interesting so far. Got through 71 pages so far and kaur started it today. Definitely a page turner. I wasn’t expecting the book to weave in so many different perspectives of both present/past Cyrus, his dream dialogues, his mother’s life, and father’s life. It adds a new dynamic that I wasn’t expecting but love.

Went to Kaveh Akbar’s book event and speech at UofSC’s literary festival 2025. Excited to reach this book. It should be good if it’s anything like his speech and the words he had to say at the event.
