Okay I have beef with the forward writer here insisting the reason psych and anthropology are considered "soft sciences" is because they're fields with a lot of women in them and not the actual reason which is that it's extremely difficult to use the scientific method to analyze the things that they analyze

I'm gonna be real I basically never want a forward to a novel about how much someone else enjoyed the book or what they thought of the book
