Things are picking up now that we're all in Willow Springs.

This book has been hard to get through, unfortunately. The narrator is always changing (we added a new one in the last section). It's not very fun...it feels academic. I do still prefer the love story narrative between Ophelia and George.

So George sucks. The Mama Day sections have a lot of characters and I feel like I can't remember them all. Cocoa and George's sections I prefer, except now George is acting like he never met a woman before. And there's another narrator now. I really wish this had chapters, that would help a lot of the reading process. And also names of who the narrator is in each section since we're changing it up so often.

More invested in Ophelia and the love story than the Mama Day parts.
