Had I read the next paragraph instead of coming on here to whine, I would have seen the explanation as to why her dad did not call the lawyer or come in the room etc. 🤦🏼♀️🙄. Disgruntlement gone. Seriously, like a paragraph down and all could have been spared an update. Same page and everything.

This sure is a gossipy little town. As someone who does not thrive on gossip at all, in fact purposely tried to stay away from it, it just seemed(s) stressful? How are you supposed to differentiate fact from made up stuff most of the time? So I’d rather just not hear it I guess? Plus, sometimes it can be harmful. When you hear that it’s about you and not at all true!! I’d rather someone just ask me then.

So the one detective is really ticking me off and is super unprofessional. Why didn’t her dad or the other officer step in when she was interviewed this time or her dad call her lawyer. I am really kind of disgruntled by this last sequence of events!
