this reads a little bit like tumblr prose lol intro of on earth we were gorgeous left me breathless and it’s hard not to compare the two. we have passages like:

“Mornings, when the light rinses this place the shade of oatmeal,”

and

“When the prehistoric glaciers melted, the valley became a world-sized lake” ?😭

i know it’s too early to judge this hard but the first page is the most important imo
