Add the poorly timed sex to mac deciding the best way to wake up a person he's checking for head injury complications is to suck his dick... jesus christ. It's amazing how a few pages of sex can completely tank a book I'd otherwise been enjoying up to that point.

I maybe could have been okay with it if it were the lead up a mid-fuck emotional breakdown, but it wasn't. It was just a sex scene for the sake of a sex scene. Amazing how easily sex can kill a book and a romance that was, to this point, developing decently.
