I'm enjoying this story, though the scope feels quite small (we're hopping between different characters, but they're all in the same location, and the plot so far feels quite linear - we're only focused on the one mystery and people involved in it. All the history, world and magic still feel quite convoluted, a lot of new words, terms and info that was not introduced gently, and I'm still getting confused
