POINT OF VIEW: I think the point of view is 3rd person limited. That means the story is told by an outside narrator, who tells the thoughts and feelings of only one character. In The Brother's Hawthorne, the POV changes from Grayson to Jameson throughout the book. an excerpt of the book is "Grayson found himself almost wanting to smile, perhaps because the girl across from him....". This shows who's the main person.
