Aina Gupta is on page 268 of 336 of The Memory Thief (Thirteen Witches, #1)
There's many mental images when reading this book, mostly when describing the witches. For example, on page 3, "..with powder-blue eyes, the pupils like pinpricks, smudged all around in dark purple circles. She smiles a hungry mouth of teeth. From her neck dangle pocket watches, too many to count." I felt very scared for Rosie, the main character. I can imagine this is one of the worst witches just by reading this.

Aina Gupta is on page 35 of 544 of Onyx Storm (The Empyrean, #3)
Onyx Storm is like Mockingjay (text to text) because when Violet was in a meeting with the generals and Dukes, it reminded me of the part when Katniss had to come to the meetings with President Coin and other high ranked members. In Mockingjay, they were also preparing for a war against the Capitol, like in Onyx Storm. On pg 28 it says; "..to increase our numbers and hopefully provide insight into killing the venin."

Anne of Green Gables shows perspective from Ms. Rachel's eyes. Ms. Rachel is smart and "worthy". In my opinion, she's the nosy neighborhood watcher. On page 1 it says, "...if she noticed anything odd or out of place she would never rest until she had ferreted out the whys and wherefores thereof." Also, she was literally spying outside her window to find "evidence". Honestly, Ms. Rachel needs to mind her own business.

The antagonist is "Better Than The Movies" is Liz's idea of a perfect romance. No one is specifically being the conflict like Wes, Laney, or Joss, but I feel like Liz is making herself the enemy by thinking that romance comes only in classic tropes. Liz is so caught up in what Michael thinks ALL THE TIME when WES is RIGHT THERE :(( I quote from pg 153:"What did he say?' I kind of shouted it as I sat straight up...."

Katniss is a dynamic character because President Snow said that in the annual Quarter Quell, she would have to go back in the arena, which is the big change in the story. She also transformed into a Capitol celebrity icon once more, making her very likeable. But, she also is creating connections with the tributes, making it hard to think of killing them. Katniss is also the protagonist in the story, and the narrator.

Katniss is having a character vs. character conflict. She is talking with President Snow and Katniss is reviewing him as a threat. My source is page 20, "'i have a problem Miss Everdeen,' says President Snow. 'a problem that began the moment you pulled out those poisonous berries in the arena.'" He explains that there have been uprisings within the districts, that Katniss has caused with this "act of love".

PREDICTIONS: I think Jameson and Avery will try to get the attention of the Proprietor, and get into the Devil's Mercy. I think this because Avery and Jameson are very smart and they are also powerful figures, so whatever they say makes a difference. Meanwhile, While Grayson is in Phoenix, I think we will meet Savannah, Gigi's twin, because Grayson has a knack of checking in on people and making sure they're safe,

POINT OF VIEW: I think the point of view is 3rd person limited. That means the story is told by an outside narrator, who tells the thoughts and feelings of only one character. In The Brother's Hawthorne, the POV changes from Grayson to Jameson throughout the book. an excerpt of the book is "Grayson found himself almost wanting to smile, perhaps because the girl across from him....". This shows who's the main person.

Aina Gupta is finished with If Only I Had Told Her (If He Had Been with Me, #2)
PROTAGONIST: I think the protagonist is Autumn. Even though the perspective switches between 3 people throughout the book, it mostly revolves around her. For example, in the first perspective, Finny talks about Autumn in the time leading up to the car crash. After Finny died, many of the characters were filled with grief, for themselves and for Autumn. Autumn found it hard to go on, but with support, she moved on.

Aina Gupta is finished with The Queen of Nothing (The Folk of the Air, #3)
SETTING: The setting of "The Queen of Nothing" takes place on the faerie isles called Insmire, Insmoor, Insweal, and Insear, but it mostly takes place in Insmire. The book contains a map of the setting, but there are many forests, hills, estates, strongholds, and a palace that's under a faerie hill. I cant really explain the setting since there are so many elements, but that's basically the gist of it.

I think the genre of the book I am reading is Fantasy Fiction. I think this because the book is NOT non-fiction (meaning the following events in the book are not a real story). Also, there are faeries and hidden isles written in the book, so I think it’s a fantasy novel. This is why I think the genre of The Cruel Prince is Fantasy Fiction.
