Lots of words are spent for the setting, which feels majestic. le guin'prose Is Lush and the narration feels very wise and deep, but it also make a short book feel like it's much longer than it actually is.

La scrittura e la prosa rimangono davvero poetiche (e molto diverse dai libri scifi dell' autrice), ma quello che rende una palla questo libro è persino difficile da dire. Ci proverò lo stesso. Secondo me è molto difficile entrare in sintonia con Ged. In più si ha costantemente questo reminder che lui diventerà il miglior mago di terramare, che dopo un po' stufa. Poca attenzione viene data alla storia...
