Started reading at a baseball game. Finished at a pumpkin festival. Meditations on suicide - either commit physically or physiologically, or accept the absurd. My meditation on suicide involves reading in public spaces - at events others "live for." We are in a literacy crisis and carrying a book around is not performative - it is a revolutionary act. I hope the habit catches on for more than the aesthetic appeal.
