I need to read this before I can read the follow up book Beau Bon-Bon. I am trying to read my Christmas books in December. I am really enjoying it.

OMG! OMG!! OMG!!! Those of you that have read this know where I am. OMG!!!! This is the shock of the century. I had no idea...did not see it coming...was totally unprepared for it. I nearly dropped my NOOK, swallowed my tongue, gasped for air and am still trying to catch my breath. OMG!!!! This is the coolest reveal ever. I've never seen it before... I LOVE IT! This has to be the most creative...I don't have words.

Elizabeth is in London, having taken their "loot," as Kitty called it, to the bank. She and Charlotte are staying with Aunt Gardiner. Several things are coming to light regarding Mr. Darcy and Elizabeth is not convinced he is interested in her. Stubborn, obstinate... wake up Lizzy and smell the coffee. Something is about to happen back in Meryton and I can't wait to see what it is.

Caroline arrives in Meryton to call on Elizabeth. What? Don't answer the door! Don't let her in! OMG!!! What does she want? And like a maleficent spider, she weaves a web with a financial promise that Elizabeth cannot resisted. Independence and security for her family. By now conditions have deteriorated to the point that I think Elizabeth would make a deal with the devil himself.

Collins proposed, was refused, and then the worst happened. OMG!!! Mr. Collins has his revenge. He is no longer free to renew his proposal.
