So far: 2 stars. I hope it picks up. It’s absolutely dragging. I’m not seeing any connection and I absolutely do not understand the characters. I’m honestly at the point where I’ve started it and I feel the need to finish it but I’m barely hanging on. I thought this book was more about mystery? I’m reading more about Y2K and economic collapse. We are jumping characters and not bringing anything together

Ok. The first twist. Not at all sure how it relates to the first of the book but I did notice a small detail that could be the thread. The story is a little better (thank goodness) and the first mystery has come up!
