Reading Catherine's books backwards is so fun. Realistically I know she's name dropping her future characters but since I'm going in reverse order she's actually mentioning characters to me that I already know so incredibly well, it feels like reuniting with old friends, it great.

For a pathological people pleaser (hehe) who hates confrontation, this scene is extra hard. It's so awkward. Shy has to do this for her own good but her brothers going to freak and then HER MOTHER?? I almost want to skip over that scene completely when it happens.
