I wanna finish this book already, oh my god

I'm honestly not sure how to feel about this book... I really wanna like it, but at the same time it really doesn't feel like the subject matter is handled that well? I'll keep reading, but I really don't like how Thomil is so chill with Sciona

I'm not sure i like how fast Thomil seems sympathetic towards her considering she's still casually treating him like an illiterate savage

I'm beginning to really get into it now. A very interesting and exciting magic system unlike any I've seen before, but i do have to admit the social commentary is laid on pretty thick

Had to bump this up my reading list cause it's got a reservation on it, but so far I'm fucking loving it
