Damn, that letter was worse than I imagined it was gonna be 😭

I love the way this is written. It carries an air of, "See, honky, I can do it too. There's nothing special about you and your prosiac meanderings."

This is fantastic. Loving the layers of metaphor, and the hilarious, and even disturbing, scenes of violence and degeneracy. Trueblood's story was somehow disgusting, deplorable, and the peak of comedy. In the chapter after that, I loved how everyone at the Golden Day called Mr. Norton "white-folks" 🤣

The metaphor is thick with this one. Gonna be a long, brutal read, but so far every word is important.
