I’ve been passively listening to the Gravity’s Rainbow audiobook as this internship goes along.

The first go-round on this book is shooting yourself in the face with a firehouse. Then like 300 pages in you get used to it.

Everything is layered and dense and there’s 10 references to various music, mathematics, or physics, pop culture per page

The relationship between comic grossout and tragic war is beautiful
