This honestly is not terrible, certainly not as bad as some of the reviews would have you believe, and now things are ramping up for the conclusion. I've heard the ending is wild, and I'm excited about it.

Okay, so what could possible take up 10 more hours of this audiobook?? Uncle Stevie really indulged on this one. Just how much cocaine was he doing? It must have been A LOT.

This is really starting to drag now. Most of this could have been skipped. I liked the stuff with the old man and the cop, though.

Ah, we've reached the portion of the SK novel where he makes us care about a bunch of people before killing them horribly.

Also, I am currently on chapter 2.5 (???) of book two, which is super weird. I've never seen a book do that before.

I'm firm in my opinion of this one. The structure is clever and effective, there's just too much of it.

This drunken rant about the dangers of nuclear energy is really something. I feel like Uncle Stevie just really got into something here and absolutely needed to put it on the page.
