Finding it hard to believe that a man, who tried to rob and harm Brianna’s family in 1980, would have plastic surgery, travel back in time, become a British soldier, turn his coat to fight for independence, and then try to track her and her family down. But if the author is really trying to bring that storyline then WTAF. 😒

I’ve been reading this series, it seems like forever. The tv series is ending next year. And book 10 will be the final book of the series. I’m almost finished with this one and am seriously getting worried because the entire family is now in the past and the war is about to really begin. Don’t know how I’ll react if she kills off any of the main characters in the next battle book 😩
