I finished the first part of the book!
Eventhough the plot lacks tension and I don‘t feel the connection between the two main characters at all, my thoughts remain on the German translation. Since, I don‘t have the original version at my hand I can‘t put the entire fault at the translator but my god is it poorly translated. There is no smooth reading flow, the sentence structure is weird and seems off.
