This style of writing is very casual and at first I didn’t know I was connecting with her voice, but she’s growing and growing on me. A few things that have stuck out to me are the story about the two little girls and the bridge, which is one of the first stories she shares. At this point in the book, I wasn’t a fan of the time skipping, but that story really stood out.
