Eh, I completely lost interest in this one.

These characters are frustatingly unrelatable. Which makes this a bit of a slog, as most of the book so far consists of their dialogues and the main characters inner thoughts.

I'm zoning out so hard with this one. I really liked the first chapters, with the cozy descriptions of the odd collection. Her interactions with Simon in the other world however are really, really boring. I think I simply don't like the way this author writes dialogues, or maybe even characters themselves?

This isn't going to be a romance or a murder mystery, right? ...Right??
