apparently, i looked it up bc im pissed, you can still proceed with a divorce if the other party is refusing. ik he’s contesting the divorce and idk if that stops her from filing on her own but bitch free yourself!!!!! but ik they end up together because this is a grovel ROMANCE so yeah i hate that for her but anywho.
