I feel so bad for Nestor…. like damn.

I knew the vampires were being used for something!! Now my questions is, are they being created?

The romantic/sexual tension is so…. 😮‍💨

“Nine years divided them, but time meant nothing to hands: her fingers interlaced with his as naturally as if they were eight years old, or ten, or thirteen. Palm to palm, thumb over thumb. A bridge between them.”

I think the miscommunication here works really well because it weaves into the vampire storyline so it doesn’t feel forced. I do hope it doesn’t drag eventually, which is what always peeves me from this trope.

The longing…

I think I’m really going to love this!
