My guess: Greta is a witch or an energy vampire or something (or a serial killer or something - is this fantasy blending with reality? Please no.) and Leslie helps procure victims for her. Maybe Charlie does too, or one of the other tenants. I guess Nick could be one, he’s young.

I have a few nit-picky problems with it already, but my biggest one… is this setting up to be a ghost story? Please tell me this all ends with a rational explanation.
