I feel I will take forever to finish this book. It is so intricately detailed I find it difficult to take it in more than small chunks. Lest I forget half of what I just learned.

Took another break while reading other books. It is just so dense with historical information.

I never knew that Twain wrote several books about having conversations with Satan. This Chernow biography really is thorough.

Back to listening to audiobook after placing a hold on Libby.

I got a little farther before returned via Libby: Chapter 23: Colossal is a Tame Word for Him. 23:26:19 read and 21:09:29 left. Also, Libby said about 13 weeks wait. So sometime January 2026 I will finish?

Only one day left before will return to library via Libby App. At 22:56:29 listened with 21:39:19 left. I may listen more before it is due back tomorrow morning, but wanted to do this update in case. Will finish listening when my check-out comes back around. Could be two weeks…could be two months.
