Fun. Murderbot is having PTSD because of what happened to it in the last book. It is now trying to find a lost group of explorers who lost touch with the other two groups 30 years ago.

The bad guy is performing better in front of the camera than the Murderbot team. Murderbot has just realised that. Humans don't listen to good people and prefer lies.

Perservation is trying to compete with the bad guys by gaining the trust of the separatists.

Scary place to explore.

Barish-Estranza corporation lied to the humans, and the separatists might not have a reason to side with the Murderbot team.

Murderbot wants to free to other sec units. Freeing them might not be the best, as they might attack the humans, and Murderbot has to kill them if they do.

Murderbot is having an emotional reaction. It is anxious because he got contaminated before. ART mission specialist is not the same as a security consultant.

3 more sec units on the other team. Exploring the place and finding the other humans, and hoping they don't have the alien contamination.

Murderbot is having PTSD. The last encounter that almost destroyed it has left its mark. It is good that he is out now. A group of isolated aliens needed to be consulted so that they could decide the fate of the planet. The bad guys are here as well.
