I love this book. However. Her editor should have stopped her from including the stuff about her family. Read this book but don't feel bad about just skipping those chapters.

I love when I can make connections across the books I have read recently, surprisingly the most relevant one is Little Bosses Everywhere, the book on pyramid schemes. This girl Min loves pyramid schemes & makes you think about how MLMs & industrialization go hand in hand across cultures & this book gives you deep understanding of the human side of all of it

The way I do not care about her family get back to my girlies in the factory!!!!! 🫰🫰

Also why did she do Min like that she said Min was selfish and her grandfather was not. Whole time Min sends all her money to her family while the grandfather got himself killed on an ego thing & his last words was all about his job title forget his kids that's what I'm saying
