I LOVED The Housemaid, so I am now reading The Tenant. I HATE all of the characters 🙈 I feel like the dénouement is finally happening so hopefully I’ll feel more positive about the book as it progresses… but as of now I think I’d be ok with all of the characters dying in a grisly murder suicide, just so I don’t have to keep reading about them!
