I feel like one of the most prominent tropes in all of these books so far is miscommunication and as good as it is and as much as it builds the plot and suspense, it makes me want to rip all of my fucking hair out. Like just sit down and open your mouth, not your legs, sex is not the solution, talking it out is.

The way man-whores talk will never not be funny to me because what the fuck do you get mad when a girl sleeps with another man but you only ever talk about a girl bouncing on your dick?
