Very intriguing depiction of poverty and suffering in St. Petersburg through the Marmeladov family. This further intensifies Raskolnikov‘s internal justification for the murder.
Still trying to figure out why Raskolnikov views himself as superior to others. I am questioning and reflecting on what experiences led him to view himself as that.
