Did I mention how awesome the descriptions and fighting scenes are, or how detailed and imaginative the world is? Or how the characters, although really stupid at times, are rather cool and I'm growing more and more attached to them?

WHAAAAAT! I'm 2% in AND I AM TOTALLY HOOKED!
Think Starship Troopers-the movie (yes, the one with the giant bugs and futuristic setting)! NOW add elves, space colonies and some other sci-fi/fantasy elements to it and the Bugs - they can infect most living things and turn them into an upgraded version which is still controlled by the queen and~ HOLY COW THIS BOOK IS SO AWESOME! Eeep! And if a human gets infected...
