She is just free-flying while holding on to the woman who discovered her secret.

Even though you only saw her lips and the back of her head in the previous chapter, this panel confirms that the demon they are facing is a woman, which is a stark contrast to what has been going on in the previous books. I don't recall any prominent female demon in the previous volumes nor any that are among the rabble. Women tend to be the victims of the demons rather than the demons themselves.

Poor Tanjiro. He can't lie without making a face.

I love how the people running the courtesan house are both complimenting Zenitsu and misinterpreting his aggression while he's playing the shamisen. The boy is gifted and doesn't even know it!

Inosuke's face! It's finally revealed! And he's such a pretty boy under that boy mask that he could be trained to be a courtesan.

Call it courtesan, call it prostitution, call it slavery, but this sort of thing still happens even today. I think that's why the author included it here. Not only because red light districts are a hallmark of Japanese history for a long time, but also because it can be used and abused by actual human predators under its guise.

Tengen has a way with words...and it's similar to the way he has with women.
