The conversation between characters involve SO much exposition at times and yet I’m still hanging on every word, so curious to see what happens next.

Like the first book (which was more buddy cop fantasy - something I could not have imagined SJM writing), it feels more like a thriller/spy/political intrigue story than fantasy. And the Graphic Audio version is so compelling!
