Yorkshire dialect is understandable but unfortunately "Yorkshire dialect of a man who was old even in 1840" is beyond me
unfortunately the only way I could decipher joseph was reading his parts out loud so a solid third of my reading experience was just absolutely diabolical accents at the wall. BUT it does work
Despite my grandmother being from Yorkshire I'm not great at remembering what Yorkshire accent sounds like so I keep accidentally reading it as Scottish in my head. I may try hideous accents at the wall
