I think that Mason genuinely picked the worst time to do that, and I frankly find him incredibly pretentious and annoying. Love Scarlett though and I'm really interested in getting the reveal on all that happened with Harper and Gwen. She's def my fave rn!

I don't think that Mason's inclusion in this story was necessary, and I'm already kinda over his character honestly, along with the cliche tension between Scarlett and Vivi and the hazing. I do like the rest of it thus far though.

Scarlett's distaste for Vivi feels contrived honestly. She makes a point about how Ravens need to be kind, and Vivi notes that all of the other girls are kind, but there's this weird tension for some reason that is rather unnecessary. I'm hoping it will be resolved soon, especially since part of the reason I picked this one up was for a more positive depiction of sororities and female friendships.
