I've never read a reverse harem. It's clearly a fantasy genre so suspension of disbelief is expected. But an immediate sexual attraction starting on chapter 2? That seems outrageous. Do all RHs need to be like this to squish essentially three love stories?

I'm decently surprised that Bailey was able to give the three men believable enough backstories. Elise's is a bit childish but I have to keep reminding myself that she is still quite young. Despite some passable personal growth stories, I'm still having a hard time believing the men's obsession with Elise. One of them even describes it as being fated. 🙄

This is an interesting one. While I find the instalove completely unrealistic and unrelatable, Bailey is doing a real admirable job in building out characters who have interesting backstories, and not one note bores, as I would have thought for a RH.
