I did not know that Steven King was an addict. It does not surprise me. I’m proud of him for changing his ways. I’m sure it’s not easy.

This is basically a memoir and it seems like Steven King is also the narrator. I really hate to say this. Of course his teacher disciplined him for what he was writing. Steven goes on to say that basically any artist at some point will be discouraged from their craft and love. I often wonder what makes a child thrive from the discouragement and which ones fold.
